The Bitburger LandGang "Mettericher Wegekreuze" takes you on a way of the cross past a war memorial chapel and a magnificent view over the Kyll valley.

Right at the beginning, the circular route leads you into the Metterich community forest where you will come across several wayside crosses and the war memorial chapel from 1957.
A dignified place that invites you to rest and contemplation. Passing the edge of the forest, you leave the community forest and come across agricultural paths with a magnificent view over the Kyll valley.
More wayside crosses line the roadside.  The village of Metterich also still offers an interesting village tour "Experience journey through tradition and way of life".
