Barrier-free offers in the Bitburger Land

Tourism for all and without borders - this is the goal of the German-Luxembourg project INTERREG VA - "Accessibility without borders" and the model region North and South Eifel "Tourism for all". These projects are funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Within the framework of the projects, comfort hiking trails certified according to uniform criteria are built and viewpoints as well as sights are made accessible without barriers. This offer for people with mobility and activity impairments is supplemented by offers for people with hearing difficulties/deaf-mutes, people with visual impairments and blind people as well as for people with cognitive impairments. It is always important to integrate them into the service chain.
